Simple and based on the magnetic coupling between a magnet placed in the float and a static reed electronic circuit in the sensor pipe.
The complete electric insulation “intrinsically-safe” design avoids any possible interference and galvanic current in the tank. Specifically designed for marine use and entirely made in stainless steel AISI316 the vertical level sensor has many details that make it unique in the market. The float is made of special “filled” material to avoid any possible leak and a removable sieger ring in the bottom of the sensor allows the float replacement. A special cable holder in the top of the sensor allows the inspection and replacement of the electronic circuit. The electronic circuit uses special selected reeds elements that are soldered by hand with a special technique that prevents any damage in case of vibration and twisting.
